Turn your own toy photo into an AI video

Start with a figure or toy you already own. PopPose creates a short video from its photo, rather than turning a portrait of you into an imaginary action figure.

How to animate a toy photo

Add a well-lit photo to your collection and open video creation from its detail page. Choose from 12 templates, including Skatepark Ride, Woodland Swing and Space Launch. Select duration and quality, review the credit quote, then confirm the AI processing notice.

Choose duration and quality

Videos can be 5 or 10 seconds. Standard uses 480p, HD uses 768p and Ultra uses 1440p super-resolution, not native 2K. The video follows the source image’s aspect ratio; use a portrait photo for a vertical result. The app shows the current credit cost before submission.

Give the model a clear starting point

Keep the whole toy, including ears and accessories, inside the frame. Use even light and avoid overlapping subjects. AI can change colors, proportions and details; a result is not guaranteed to match the original exactly.

Return to the task and save when ready

You can leave the creation screen and return to the collectible to check progress. Download completed videos promptly; temporary cloud generation results are retained for 24 hours. Failed generation jobs refund the credits charged for that job. Sharing is optional.

Questions before you start

What is PopPose?

PopPose is an iPhone app for recording physical toy and figure collections and creating short AI videos from their photos. It is not a toy shop or an NFT platform.

Is background removal free?

Quick Remove uses Apple Vision on your iPhone, without uploading the photo or spending credits. Optional AI Refine sends the photo to Replicate / BRIA after consent and uses credits.

Are my toy photos public?

No. Your collection is private by default. You choose when to share. Cloud sync uploads collection data to PopPose; AI processing sends the selected photo to the provider named in the consent notice.

Do AI toy videos cost money?

AI videos use creation credits. The app shows the current quote before generation. PRO subscriptions include renewal credits and premium storyboards. Regional prices and availability appear in the App Store purchase screen.

Can I use PopPose in a browser or on Android?

PopPose is an iPhone app in early access. This website explains the product; it is not a browser-based video generator. We do not currently offer an Android app.

Which languages does the app support?

The current app interface supports English and Simplified Chinese. This website also has Japanese information; a Japanese app interface is not yet available.
