What is the difference between standard and AI cutout?

Standard cutout uses Apple Vision privately on-device. AI refinement uploads the current image and is better for transparent, reflective or intricate edges.

Why can video generation take a few minutes?

Videos run through a durable generation queue. Keep the screen open to see progress. Failed jobs are automatically refunded by the server.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Creative Credits & Membership in Settings and choose Restore Purchases. You can also manage subscriptions in Apple ID settings.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm again with Apple. Cloud account data and related media are deleted.

Are my photos used for training?

PopPose does not train its own models on your photos. Images go to a provider only when you actively choose an AI feature.
