Terms of Use

1. Service

PopPose provides toy photography, collection management, cutout, cloud sync and AI video creation. Availability may vary by device, region, network and third-party provider status.

2. Your content

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in uploaded photos, collection text and generated results. You grant PopPose permission to store, transmit and process them only as needed to provide features you select. Upload only content you have the right to use.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to infringe rights, break laws, harass others, bypass security or billing controls, exhaust model resources in bulk, or upload malicious files. Serious abuse may lead to restrictions or termination.

4. AI output

AI output is probabilistic and may change details. Review results and applicable rights before public or commercial use.

5. Purchases

Digital iOS features use Apple In-App Purchase. Price, term, trial and renewal information shown by the App Store and purchase screen control. Manage subscriptions in Apple ID settings; Apple handles applicable refunds.

6. Disclaimer and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party AI or network availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses up to the amount you paid during the prior twelve months.

7. Changes and contact

Material changes will update this date and be communicated reasonably. Contact support@poppose.app. Operator identity, governing law and venue will be completed before public release.
